What is the basic way to burn body fat?
Ignoring the weight on the scale, and without buying books, pills and/or supplements, or following “special programs” that never seem to fit into a realistic lifestyle, what is the BASIC way to burn body fat and lower the % while either maintaining or building muscle?
What are some natural pills I could take that will burn body fat?
I workout, I lift weights and do cardio, I am watching what I eat and eat plenty of meat for the muscles and drink plenty of water and other things as well. But are there any safe pills that burn body fat or atleast help burn body fat? I am not fat, I am 5″7.5″ and weigh around 135lbs and have less than 10% body fat but want to lose some body fat quicker so that my muscles show easier.
